Aspire Secures $187,546 Digital Learning Contract with Queensland Human Rights Commission

News 15 Jul 2026

Aspire by Catapult, a specialised content division of AdNeo Limited (ASX: AD1), has been awarded a new $187,546 digital learning contract with the Queensland Human Rights Commission (QHRC). This marks Aspire’s second consecutive engagement with the state commission, continuing a partnership focused on digital compliance delivery.

Under the new agreement, Aspire will direct the design and rollout of interactive human rights and anti-discrimination eLearning courses for the Queensland public sector workforce. The project uses Aspire’s scalable digital learning tools to deliver compliance and inclusion training across this critical public sector framework.

Commenting on the award, AdNeo CEO and Managing Director Angus Washington said:

“This contract demonstrates our acquisition model working as intended. We acquired Aspire in September 2025 to build a specialist content-as-a-service capability under the Catapult brand, and the business is now securing repeat work from government clients.”

Beyond its immediate value, the digital learning contract deepens Aspire’s footprint across Queensland Government agencies and adds to a recurring revenue base. It forms part of an active tender pipeline exceeding $6 million across government, education and enterprise clients, which AdNeo is targeting for disciplined conversion through FY27.

These consecutive contract wins demonstrate sustained product-market fit and client satisfaction within established government frameworks. This measured approach to nurturing framework relationships supports organic growth objectives and long-term value for shareholders.
