Workforce training frameworks are expanding as enterprise learning platform Learnt executes a five-year enterprise SaaS agreement with Amplitude Energy. This partnership covers the design, deployment, and ongoing hosting of the custom-branded Amplitude Energy Academy, which serves as an end-to-end Learning and Communications Platform accessible across national roles and rosters.
The enterprise SaaS agreement establishes a five-year partnership with Amplitude Energy for parent company AdNeo Limited (ASX: AD1). Built to support up to 1,000 users nationally, the new digital academy allows the platform infrastructure to manage onboarding, compliance, and leadership development.

Commenting on the contract win, AdNeo’s CEO, Angus Washington, stated:
“Winning a five-year enterprise commitment from Amplitude Energy validates what Learnt delivers — not just a platform, but a genuine Academy experience that embeds learning into how an organisation operates and grows. The energy sector is one where workforce capability, compliance and safety are non-negotiable, and we are proud to be Amplitude’s long-term partner in building that foundation. Beyond the contracted platform fees, we see meaningful upside in content development as Amplitude builds out its Academy.”
This milestone demonstrates the group’s capacity to deploy software assets into corporate industries, diversifying its operational footprint within the Australian energy sector.
